When will my order ship?
Orders ship same or next business day that the order was placed. We have a 99% same day shipping rate. Please note that an order placed on Friday will ship on Monday as we do not ship on weekends or Holidays.

How will my order ship?
All orders ship either via UPS or Fed Ex ground. If you need your product sooner then there will be an additional charge. Please contact us for the shipping fees.

How long will it take after my order ships?
Ground Shipping may take from 5 to 7 business days. Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by the Shipping company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or call the shipping company to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 5 days to file the damage claim. Obtain a control number from the shipping company.

On Site Laser will only accept claims up to 3 days after the package was delivered to your shipping address.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?
We keep the safety of your packages in mind with regards to weight and size. In some occasions we shipped from another warehouse.

Why did they separate the packages of my order?
Many times when multiple packages are shipped the shipping company may route the package on to another truck due to space issues. It is quite possible that the shipping company may separate the order for the same order. However, they will make every effort to delivery all packages on the same day.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently ship internationally. Currently, we only ship within the 48 continuous United States.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
As we use UPS and Fed ex as our main carriers we can only accept orders that are delivered to a physical address.

Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from order date. Any product returned MUST be UNOPENED (seals can not be broken or opened), in its original packaging and without any markings on the packaging. Defective products will be accepted within 45 days and must have a Return Authorization number.

How much do you charge for shipping?
$8.00 shipping on orders under a $100.00, orders $100.00 or over are free.
